If you would like to use my graphics, please just follow these terms!

~ The graphics may not be be changed in any way. You may add text only where noted.
These graphics, whether linkware or purchaseware are still copyrighted to me.

~ You must provide a link back to http://bwcg.graphicloverscafe.com
on each page where the graphics are used.

~ If you aren't able to use codes on your site and want to use my graphics, please email me.

~ You must have "No right click installed" on your pages!! You can get the No Right Click Script from Dynamic Drive. You must also have installed in the HEAD of your pages:
No Image Toolbar code: (META HTTP-EQUIV="imagetoolbar" CONTENT="no")
No Drag Code: (span oncontextmenu="return false;" ondragstart="return false";)

----- Yes, I know these aren't full proof - but, at least we are trying to protect the graphics and if someone really wants to steal them, there isn't anyway we can stop them. Humor me, k?

~You may use our graphics on your personal and/or commercial website ~ I do not charge for commercial use, but your site must be "kid safe" and "family friendly". You must have a site in English or with an English translation. Web Designers must contact me if interested in using my graphics for designing sites. There will be a fee for this.

~You may not claim my graphics as your own work or pass them on to others, offer them for sale on your site or in collections, and you can't give them to someone else, unless you purchase them at the beginning for that person. You may not use any graphics for emails, except sig tags, and none of these graphics are to be passed around in newsgroups or message boards. You may not use my graphics to create tubes, stationary, tutorials, adoptions, or any other kind of graphics.

~You may not share members only graphics - if you are caught sharing them or passing them around, you will be removed as a member and there will be no refunds for your membership fee.

~ If you purchase one of my premade adoptions and close your adoption shoppe, I reserve the right to put the adoption up in my adoption shoppe for others to enjoy that graphic.


~I put my heart and soul into my work and I ask that you respect that work, by respecting and abiding by my terms. Feel free to email me if you have any questions. I don't bite :) Thank you and I hope you enjoy the graphics!
